Warranty Policy

At NUA Glass, we design our screen protection products to deliver premium clarity, protection, and everyday reliability. Every order is covered by our 7-Day Product Warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty applies to the following products:

  • Pure Clarity
  • Pure Intimate

7-Day Warranty Coverage

Your product is covered for 7 days after delivery against the following issues:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product arrived cracked
  • Product arrived with manufacturing defects
  • Adhesive or application issue caused by product defect
  • Incorrect product received
  • Missing product or missing included accessory

If your item qualifies, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.


What Is Not Covered

Our 7-day warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused after successful installation
  • Accidental drops, bends, pressure, or misuse
  • Incorrect installation by the customer
  • Dust, bubbles, or lint caused during application
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches caused by sharp objects or improper handling
  • Products removed and reapplied after installation
  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery

Screen protectors are precision products. Once installed, removed, or damaged through use, they may no longer qualify for warranty replacement.


Product-Specific Warranty Notes

Pure Nakd

Pure Nakd is designed for ultra-clear display protection with minimal visual interference. Warranty coverage applies only to defects present before or during initial installation.

Damage from improper installation, pressure, or post-installation impact is not covered.


Pure Intimate

Pure Intimate is designed with privacy protection and display clarity in mind. Warranty coverage applies to defects in the product’s privacy layer, adhesive, fit, or condition upon arrival.

Privacy effect, viewing angle preference, or brightness changes caused by normal privacy-filter behavior are not considered defects.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Product name
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • Photo of the packaging, if the product arrived damaged
  • Short description of the problem

Warranty Review Process

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the details and determine whether the issue qualifies under our 7-day warranty.

Approved claims may receive:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Alternative resolution depending on availability

NUA Glass reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the warranty conditions or are submitted after the 7-day warranty window.


Important Notes

Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, not 7 days from the date of use or installation.

We recommend inspecting your product immediately after delivery and before installation.
